Where does the time go?

by | Apr 30, 2024 | General, Poetry

Wow – it is the last day of April – already! We hope you’ve enjoyed Creative Roots Foundation’s celebration of National Poetry Month. We appreciated the folks who shared their poetry, read what was posted, and shared their favorite poets.

If you’ve just tuned in – Creative Roots Foundation (CRF) sponsored a daily graphic poetry prompt throughout April, to inspire people to write poetry and to read poetry and to think about their favorite poems.

Here are what the prompts looked like each day, on the Facebook CRF Group, in the order they were presented (left to right – one each for 30 days):

For those who participated by writing, reading, and/or sharing – we have a special badge for you commemorating your participation (see below). Just right click on it and save it – then you can add it to your blog or share it on your social media.

Right click and save this .jpg to post on your blog or social media.

Stay tuned for other exciting creative events, and as always – thank you for being part of our virtual neighborhood.

Thank you for the provocative prompts. I started out writing each day, but that dwindled to occasional writing. I thoroughly enjoyed the poems that everyone posted. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us. xoA
